Prof. Oluş Api completed her medical school at Marmara University School of Medicine in 1997, graduating third in his class, and finished his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in 2002. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2010 and was appointed as a Full Professor in 2017. A significant part of Prof. Api’s career has been spent as a researcher and clinical observer at prestigious centers abroad. In London, she attended the following institutions:

 Prof. Api has played a leading role in setting standards in the fields of perinatology and ultrasonography in Türkiye. He served as Chair of the Board of the Turkish Perinatology Society (2013–2015) and of the Society of Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasonography (OJUD) (2018–2021). She has previously held academic positions at institutions such as Yeditepe University and Medipol University. Internationally, she has served on the Executive Board of the World Association of Perinatal Medicine (WAPM) and has been elected an Associate Member of the International Academy of Perinatal Medicine (IAPM), a role she continues to hold. The majority of his publications focus on Fetal Medicine, Fetal Echocardiography, Prenatal Diagnosis, and the Management of High‑Risk Pregnancies.
