Prof. Dr. Umur Kuyumcuoğlu, throughout his long professional life in educational institutions, has worked in the busy clinics of universities and training-research hospitals, providing all kinds of diagnostic and treatment services. Since receiving his associate professorship and clinical head title in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1988, he has served as an educator, contributing to the academic development and advancement of numerous physicians during their specialization and post-specialization training.

Prof. Dr. Umur Kuyumcuoğlu follows and treats his patients with up-to-date knowledge and extensive experience in general gynaecology and obstetrics, all types of advanced gynaecological and obstetric surgical procedures, gynaecological endoscopic surgery (laparoscopy), oncological surgery, gynaecological endocrinology-infertility, high-risk pregnancies (maternal), female genital infections/HPV, and sexually transmitted diseases, etc.
